The three\nfunctions in this package extend this model in a number of\nnotable ways. TR() estimates test validity for a single\nselection test via the original Taylor Russell model. It\nextends this model by allowing users greater flexibility in\nargument choice. For example, users can specify any three of\nthe four parameters (base rate, selection ratio, criterion\nvalidity, and positive predictive value) of the Taylor Russell\nmodel and estimate the remaining parameter (see the help file\nfor examples). The TaylorRussell() function generalizes the\noriginal Taylor Russell model to allow for multiple selection\ntests (predictors). To our knowledge, this is the first\ngeneralization of the Taylor Russell model to allow for three\nor more selection tests (it is also the first to correctly\nhandle models with two selection tests). TRDemo() is a 'shiny'\nprogram for illustrating the underlying logic of the Taylor\nRussell model.
